**Job Title: Chiropractic Office Receptionist**

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our chiropractic office as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
2. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
3. Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments.
4. Assist patients with completing intake forms and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
5. Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
6. Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment reminders, follow-ups, and any necessary information.
7. Coordinate with chiropractors and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
8. Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed.
9. Keep reception area clean and organized.
10. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.

**Requirements:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office setting preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. (ChiroTouch preferred)
4. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
8. Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
9. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and office procedures.
10. CPR certification may be required (or willingness to obtain certification).
