We are now hiring customer service and sales driven associates to operate our front desk. Our ideal Salon Associate is detail-oriented, exceptionally friendly, communicative, has great sales qualities and is a true multi-tasker
Responsibilities
To deliver top notch customer service, handle all client relations and appointments over the phone and in person, and operate the front desk while multi-tasking to maintain the flow of the salon. Salon Associates are responsible for package and retail sales.
Skills & Requirements
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Manage the salon computer appointment systems, guest records
* Adhere to company policies and brand standards for guest service, cleanliness, dress code and more
* Meet and exceed individual sales goals, including packages, gift cards, and retail
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
* Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
* Must have flexibility with schedule hours
* Must have at least 1 years of experience in customer service
