We are currently recruiting for a local Pharmaceutical Company. We are looking for a Bookkeeper specifically W/ Net Suite exp.

Job overview:

  • Handling A/P, A/R, Invoices, reconciliation, payroll, collections, financial statements.
  • You will be mainly converting from QuickBooks over to NetSuite.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Utilize QuickBooks to manage and track financial data efficiently.
  • Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any QuickBooks-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
  • Work closely with tax professionals to address any tax-related queries.
  • Provide regular financial analysis and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and support financial planning.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
  • Proficient in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management.
  • Solid understanding of tax regulations and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
