RemX is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join the team in Malvern, PA area
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Calculation and filing of quarterly estimates
- Calculation and filing annual extensions
- Prepare and file quarterly Excise tax returns – PCORI, Superfund, FIT
- Assist with e-filing transmission of annual Corporate Income Tax returns
- Assist with resolution of State tax notices
- Maintain/update the SIT state model each quarter in CorpTax (income tax compliance software)
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Accounting or equivalent experience in accounting required
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products required
- Knowledge of CorpTax (or similar income tax compliance software) preferred
- Knowledge of CorpTax Office and CorpTax Planner a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail, organizational and execution skills
