Job Description:

We are searching for a Branch Manager - Retail Design Center to be part of our Triton team

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operations team helps the sales team meet goals and provide and unparalleled customer service experience
  • Maintain accurate inventory – receive and ship inventory; maintain proper documentation; enforce process discipline that supports accurate inventory
  • Invoice products – ensure accuracy including slab sizes, quantities, etc.; convert signed packing lists and pick tickets to invoices
  • Manage system maintenance – handle holds, sales orders, pick tickets and open incoming and outgoing transfers
  • Manage safety for the branch – implement, maintain and enforce Triton Safety Policy
  • Fleet Management – ensure branch is compliant with DOT regulations, licensing and registration for all vehicles
  • Process daily deposits and apply payments accurately
  • Handle returns and damage claims
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, loading and times
  • Facilities maintenance – local vendor managements; landscaping; cleaning/janitorial

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years management experience
  • Prior industry experience preferred; however high-end retail, design, fashion experience would be considered
  • Experience managing staff of 6-8 sales associates
  • Must be self-starter who can take initiative and maintain professionalism and flexibility in a high paced work environment
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
