Associate Marketing Manager

As an Associate Marketing Manager at Nu-Calgon, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our social media presence, supporting our dedicated sales force, and collaborating with our innovative marketing team. We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for effective communication and a knack for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling copy for product literature and promotional flyers, ensuring messaging aligns with brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
- Drive strategic initiatives in customer relationship management (CRM) and direct marketing, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and foster meaningful connections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop educational materials for the sales force and customers, empowering them with the knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Conceptualize and execute advertising content across various media platforms, including print, digital, and social media, to elevate brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Assist in the development of engaging social media content, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep our channels fresh and relevant.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of challenges and seeing them through to successful resolution.
- Provide invaluable marketing support to the sales force and undertake additional duties as required to contribute to team success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, chemistry, or engineering is required, providing a solid foundation for understanding our products and target markets.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a marketing or related role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in social media management and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, enabling you to effectively execute marketing strategies and analyze campaign performance.
