Job Summary: As a Staffing Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates to fulfill our clients' staffing requirements. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team and make a significant impact on the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job openings.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and prioritize staffing needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate candidate evaluations, and collect feedback from hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including conducting background checks and verifying employment eligibility.
- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to optimize recruitment strategies and identify top talent.
- Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency or recruiting firm.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information effectively and professionally.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software, such as ZoomInfo, TempWorks, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
