Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to meet project goals
- Manage project budgets and expenses, and report regularly to senior management
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets company standards
- Proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during projects
Requirements:
- Experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Spanish/English Bilingual is a bonus
