Job DescriptionJob Description

Bloom Therapy, LLC is currently seeking an LPC, LMFT LMHC, LCSW, or LMSW for a fully remote part-time (minimum of 5 clients) counseling position. The candidate will be providing virtual therapy services for our practice as we expand and accept new clients. *Associate licenses are also welcome to apply for the role.

 

A qualified candidate is required to have ALL of the following:

-Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social work, or Art Therapy

-3 years of work experience – post licensure

-Active license to practice in Pennsylvania

-Experience working with psychological trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, grief and loss

-Specialization or training in specific therapeutic modalities (Art Therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, etc.) is preferred, but not required

-Possess professional malpractice insurance

 

Things to note:

-This is an independent contractor position (1099)

-This position comes with flexible scheduling, so you will be creating your own schedule

-This is a 100% virtual position, with willingness to meet once a month in person in Berwyn, PA

-Onboarding process includes contracting with insurance providers, which is all handled by Bloom Therapy, LLC

 

Job Type: Part Time, Contract

Compensation: $55-65 / hour

Benefits: Flexible schedule, collaborative work environment

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends optional

Experience: Clinical counseling 3 years (required)

Work location: Remote
