The Registry Physical Therapist will provide essential support during weekdays and weekends. This role involves assessing patients, developing, and executing a comprehensive Physical Therapy plan tailored to individual needs, considering both physical and psychological aspects for a variety of patient diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
2. Design and implement effective treatment programs based on clinical assessments.
3. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and expected outcomes.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
5. Supervise and guide Physical Therapist Assistants, Athletic Trainers, and Rehabilitation Technicians in delivering care.

Position Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
Licensure/Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (CPR)
- Licensed Physical Therapist
