This role is onsite, M-F 830am-530pm. Up to 55K, DOE

*The role does a lot of uploading files, inputting that info to Excel then to QBs*

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and verify information for customer invoices
  • Generate timely and accurate customer invoices
  • Develop relationships with internal and external parties
  • Reconcile invoice details to internal and external systems
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via email and phone

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail; 2+ years in A/R
  • Proficient with QuickBooks (Preferred) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot and V-Lookups)
  • Tech savvy
  • Strong customer communications skills (email and phone)
