Salary: $17 - $19 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual individual for a General Labor position with an emphasis on electrical work. The ideal candidate will have experience working with wiring diagrams and schematics, though formal electrician certification or apprenticeship is not required. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and has a basic understanding of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general labor tasks, including assembly, installation, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Work with wiring diagrams and schematics to assist in basic electrical tasks.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on electrical components under supervision.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to ensure smooth operations and clear instructions.
  • Assist in inventory management and tool organization as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience working with wiring diagrams and schematics (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and indoor settings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
