We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team


This individual will be responsible for handling customer phone calls, entering service calls, dispatching information to technicians and various office duties.


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter.
  • Lead and continuously train customer service agents.
  • Provide scripts to read from during phone calls.
  • Communicates often with the parts department on inbound parts for service calls.
  • Communicates with customers on any delays of service.

Requirements:

Qualifications:


  • Must have High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service and standard office practices
  • Proficient computer skills, preferred 2-3 years experience in a customer service center
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proven track record in resolving customer complaints
  • Manage and follow up to ensure all email and voice mails are responded too daily
  • Works well with office and field Staff
  • Ensure technician notes are sufficient and up to company expectations
