Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our retail and wholesale customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, and promote our paint and coatings products to drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operations: Process sales transactions, handle customer complaints, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability: Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, including Spanish.
