Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in St. Peteresburg, FL You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Looking for applicants who can start asap/within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders competently and in a timely fashion
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Take pride in the apartment community; visually inspect and address areas of concern, keep community clean and make note of service needs
  • Diagnose and perform maintenance/repairs including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and pool maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
  • Complete standard unit turns in a timely fashion

​Qualifications:

  • 2+ years previous experience in apartment maintenance; must have worked in a multifamily or student apartment community before (condo communities etc do not count toward this requirement).
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • High competency with repairing A/C units; EPA highly desirable.

Dress Code:

  • Neutral-colored work pants, closed-toed & non-slip shoes, uniform shirt will be provided
