About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing maintenance schedules, and performing routine inspections to identify potential issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the property maintains a high level of curb appeal through regular grounds and building maintenance.
  • Assist with repairs and other general maintenance duties as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversee apartment turnovers, ensuring that each unit is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new residents.
  • Communicate effectively with the Community Manager to ensure that maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
  • Respond to emergencies in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to resident satisfaction by ensuring that maintenance services meet or exceed expectations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
  • 2+ years of experience in property management is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and basic maintenance skills are essential.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-10 hour standing shifts.
