We are looking for qualified Assemblers to join our client’s team in Auburn, WA. In this position, you will be responsible for building a variety of wire harnesses for a multitude of industries. This position is lightweight but does require hand dexterity to be successful. This is a contract-to-hire position.

 

Compensation: $17 - $19/hr, DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm, OT as needed

Location: Auburn, WA

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble straightforward wire cables by following established work procedures

  • Assemble wiring harnesses utilizing both manual tools and mechanized equipment

  • Perform soldering, crimping, and connector installations

  • Use color coding to distinguish between different cables and wires

  • Fill out all required documentation associated with the creation of cable assemblies

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and workbench in accordance with 5S principles

 

Requirements:

  • Be able to commute to and from the worksite consistently

  • Be able to lift 10 lbs regularly

  • Have at least 1 year of related assembly experience

  • This position falls under ITAR regulations and is subject to the relevant screening required

 

Benefits:

  • On the temp-to-hire program, you will have access to a basic MEC plan
