Key Responsibilities

  • Set up work area and ensure all necessary tools and materials are available
  • Assemble components in accordance with quality standards and prescribed instructions
  • Operate hand tools as required to complete the assembly process
  • Stack completed products and ensure they are properly labeled and banded
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure equipment is safe to operate
  • Complete pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and report any issues
  • Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement programs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No minimum experience required, but 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic math
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
