We are seeking an Office Assistance to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
- Duties:
- Generate New Retiree/DROP letter after true up has been applied – scan to Member file in PTG
- Deposit monthly retiree insurance premium check
- Update DROP master lists
- Update Vendor Lists
- Route contracts via Adobe sign for new managers, scan executed copy and send to all appropriate parties
- Termination letters relative to pension contribution reimbursements
- Send out annual beneficiary refresh forms
- Audit payroll to assure new officers pension contributions commence
- Audit payroll to assure DROP members contributions are terminated upon entry date
- Complete annual forms to submit for renew fiduciary forms
- Assist with outside requests for pension information (surveys)
- Hours: Up to 25 hours per week (10am to 3pm)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
