As an Outbound Call Specialist, you are responsible for but not limited to:

  • Outbound with the phone, and email activities to thoughtfully engage potential prospects
  • Creating leads from cold and warm list
  • Using our CRM to build your sales pipeline
  • Focus and commitment to crushing performance target

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of outside sales experience; B2B sales preferred
  • Proficient in identifying and engaging leads and in high volume outbound prospecting
  • Experienced in CRM (Salesforce, Sugar, etc.) to build and maintain pipeline
  • Effective oral and written communicator
  • Highly organized and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
