- Design, develop, and manage web systems to support organizational needs.
- Maintain and update web content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
- Manage social media platforms, enhancing the organization's online presence.
- Oversee the integration and performance of Housing IT Data systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless web and data system operations.
- Implement and manage cloud administration and RMF Security Management protocols.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web systems and related issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
- At least five (5) years of experience in web design, management, and social media.
- Familiarity with Housing IT Data systems and knowledge of housing processing within a military (Army) environment.
- Experience with cloud administration and RMF Security Management.
- Strong technical skills in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant CMS platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco (optional but preferred).
