Job DescriptionJob Description

Our Company is seeking an Administrate Assistant to assist General Manager and Operation Manager, this person is responsible for assisting In all office task needed daily, The Assistant is responsible for overseeing and keeping track of employees daily progress to ensure company operations are sustainable and meet company expectations.

The Assistant is directly responsible on assisting Managers on obtaining all necessary information from field employees, suppliers and clients to ensure accurate billing and that tracker reports are sent on time to customers.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFCATIONS:

  • AA or BA degree in Business Administration (not mandatory)
  • 5+ years of professional experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) & Quickbooks
  • Must have strong spreadsheet and data entry skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized and punctual.
  • Must be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines per customer.
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills.
  • Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech.
  • Bilingual - English, Spanish

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in GM prepare estimates
  • Assists GM and company Operation Manager with complex dally tasks.
  • Assists with keeping track of progress reports and documentation required per customer.
  • Assist daily from inception to completion.
  • Contact suppliers to get update on orders place for materials & place orders
  • Assist GM on placing material orders and track order for .
  • Manages the flow of information between the administration, employees. customers & suppliers.
  • Support office staff and field employees.
  • Assist with maintaining daily schedule for employees.
  • Participates in ongoing training and team meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay rate - DOE

Working Hours: M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm.
