This Role is for highly experienced Health/Life sales agents ONLY
In this role you will manage yourself completely, we will provide training and any other technical assistance when needed but you will be entrusted to work your own schedule and manage your own book of business. In return you will be paid the highest commission schedule we have to offer.
Preferably if you have experience with selling (STM Plans, FFM & IULs)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in health or life insurance sales (required)
- Can afford your own leads
- Comfortable working outbound calls
- Must be certified in 10 or more states (Required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of health/life insurance terminology, concepts, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with insurance industry software and databases.
- Must hold appropriate insurance licenses

Responsibilities:
- Pick and manage your own CRM and Client Book
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their health/life insurance needs, including coverage preferences, budget constraints, and medical history.
- Research and analyze available health insurance policies from various providers to identify suitable options for clients.
- Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to clients, explaining policy features, benefits, premiums, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs.
- Assist clients with the enrollment process for selected health insurance plans, including completing application forms, gathering required documentation, and submitting paperwork.
- Serve as an advocate for clients in interactions with insurance companies, helping resolve issues or disputes related to claims, coverage, or billing.
- Educate clients about health insurance terminology, concepts, and regulations, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage options.
- Stay informed about changes and developments in the health insurance industry, including updates to regulations, policies, and coverage options.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance providers, underwriters, and other industry professionals to stay updated on available products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and enrollment activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing the insurance industry, acting in the best interests of clients at all times
