Advanced Personnel Resources is partnering up with a company in Statesville looking for a Delivery Driver This individual will have a clean driving record, and great customer service skills This is a direct hire opportunity, and comes with benefits and a standard schedule.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in pulling orders for delivery.
  • Must be able to read and correctly match part numbers to an invoice.
  • Load customer orders into vehicles
  • Follow designated routes and delivery time schedules
  • Deliver the correct products to the correct customer.
  • Drive within accordance of all current street laws.
  • Maintain a clean delivery vehicle.
  • Follow the vehicle maintenance checklist each week.
  • Notify the Sales Team of any suspicious product or activity in customer shops.
  • Maintain a positive attitude each and every day.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
·  1 year general driving experience

Requirements:
· Valid unrestricted driver’s license and insurable
· Have an acceptable driving record
· Pass background check
· Pass drug screening test and agree to future random testing

Physical Demands:
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently throughout the day
· Regular and predictable attendance
· Stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time
· Be able to manage a variety of stressful situations

DIRECT HIRE

Shift :M-F 8am-5pm

Pay:  $15 / hour
