Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Contracts Specialist will provide administrative support to the Contracts Department. This position requires reviewing contract documents and understanding contractual language as it relates to the healthcare staffing industry. This support will include electronic filing, organizing documentation, and extensive data entry. This position involves understanding of contract timelines and changes, as well as client, vendor management and health system relationships. The Contracts Specialist position requires execution of contract information, details, and documentation in CRM system and Teams files.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Reviews contracts for specific clauses and details such as billable hours, fees, VMS and MSP relationships, client relationships,
orientation details, included facilities, term and termination clauses, etc.

· Understanding of contract language and ability to convey relationships and applicable details/rules between health systems and
individual client facilities.

· Execution of contract and amendment details into specific fields/line items in CRM system.

· Execution of Account Manager/Sales Team requests and frequent account changes in a timely manner.

· Heavy data entry and CRM management.

· Sort through detailed documentation, identify outdated vs current contract information, ability to organize file folders and hierarchies,
archive information as applicable, extensive management of files in Teams.

· Creation, revision, population, and management of deal sheet templates in CRM system onto Accounts to ensure latest contract details
and rules for accurate projection of gross margins.

· Account audits in CRM system to ensure accuracy and that updated information is populated.

· Audit and management of Job and Applicant details to ensure accurate and current information is available.

· Ability to communicate effectively.

· Ability to complete tasks and requests efficiently and accurately.

· Ability to follow directives and prioritize accordingly.

· Ability to handle clean-up projects within CRM system involving dozens of facilities.

· Ability to follow checklists meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness of Account details.

· Ensure that contract details are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained; ensure all contract and
amendment details are accurate in CRM throughout the contract’s lifecycle.

· Interface with insurance company for coverage needs; distribution of COIs and communication with clients to ensure needs are met
and documentation is updated continuously.

· Perform research using multiple avenues (including prior emails, account activity, contract documentation, and internet research to
include acquisition details) to better understand the context of the contract and client relationships; identification of most recent
information on addendums/amendments.

· Bid and proposal review, execution, and submittal.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills; strong focus and task-oriented personality is required.

· Excellent written and communication skills.

· Quick learner, ability to retain information and handle the requests of a fast-moving department.

· Understanding and proficiency of clerical procedures and systems, including electronic filing.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.

· Healthcare Staffing industry knowledge a plus.

· Knowledge of contract language a plus.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree required

· Three years of relevant experience required.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
