Temp Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Administrative Assistant- Monroe, NJ

We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to support our clients Senior Manager Customer Service & Accounts Receivable department.

Perks & Benefits - Hiring Immediately/Weekly Pay

  • Starting pay is $20.00/hour
  • 8 hour shift Day Shift - Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

  • Temporary role (approximately 6 months)

Duties:

  • Scanning credits, linking credits to the system, and sending credit packages out for approval.
  • Pulling filing to support the Chargeback Team, Customer Service Team, and Human Resources.
  • Assisting with daily invoice filing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
  • Process customer invoices and ensure timely payment collection
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances
  • Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an accounts receivable clerk or similar role
  • Strong clerical skills with the ability to accurately transcribe information
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to manage calendars and prioritize tasks effectively
