We are seeking an Aerospace Water Spider to join our team and support all operations within the Aerospace Value Stream. This role is essential in ensuring that each product meets our high-quality standards and customer specifications. The position is on-site in a manufacturing environment, and overtime is required.
Pay: 21-23.10
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift open
Location: Fountain, CO
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and follow work orders.
- Ensure each workstation is stocked with the correct parts and kits according to the schedule.
- Stock parts and fixtures for your shift at each workstation.
- Retrieve necessary kits from the warehouse to complete parts at workstations.
- Communicate material space constraints to the team lead and supervisor.
- Expedite urgent requests from the team lead or scheduler.
- Move finished products from workstations.
- Suggest improvements in working conditions and equipment use to increase efficiency.
- Notify lead/supervisor of any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Prepare molds and work orders for the following day in a timely manner.
- Retrieve trim and CMS fixtures from the warehouse as needed.
- Ensure pallets are returned to the warehouse as required.
- Replace any scrapped subcomponents from the warehouse as needed.
- Facilitate an efficient assembly process by properly staging and systematically transferring subcomponents through each station.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
