Resource must also be very proficient in Google Sheets, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook), computer and technical savvy, with excellent time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. This role has varied shift hours: 7 am-3:30 pm, 8:30 am-5 pm, and 10:30 am-7 pm, with a remote on-call shift approximately once, every 4 -6 weeks.
