Personal Lines Insurance CSR

This is a 3rd generation family owned and operated insurance agency that specializes in personal lines. We are located in near Lake Tapps in Auburn and are looking for someone who loves working with clients. No insurance experience required; we are willing to train and cover cost of getting your Property and Casualty license in WA.
We offer competitive pay (hourly and commission). Benefits include paid holidays, paid vacation, retirement accounts, medical insurance and paid training. This is not a commission only position and we do not cold call. Our agency is focuses on exceptional care of our clients and agents handle both sales and servicing requests.
Great candidates for this position would be able to communicate with our clients both in person and digitally. Multitasking and attention to detail are essential to success. Customer service experience is encouraged as this role does have constant client contact.
Schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:45am to 5pm. This is an in person position and remote work is not available for this role. Must have reliable transportation.
