We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist our customers and sales representatives in our Holiday, FL location. Customer Service Representative responsibilities include resolving customer queries, guiding customers through procedures and responding to sales account executive requests. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our customers’ and sales representatives trust. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems .
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming phone calls and emails
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Researches, documents, and responds to requests, questions and issues from both clients and sales representatives
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Use support tickets in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in accordance with procedures to track progress on activities
  • Follow up and engage with other departments on issues that require their assistance
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and sales representatives through open and interactive communication
  • Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position's function

Skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing
  • Ability to communicate well via phone and/or email
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work – HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Work in fast-paced environment, attention to detail, take initiative, team player
  • Must be able to work independently and in cooperation with other employees
