6. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless client integration and satisfaction.
- Provide actionable feedback to internal teams based on client feedback and market insights.

**Qualifications:**

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in client development, ideally within the healthcare or staffing sector.
- Thorough understanding of the locum tenens industry and healthcare staffing trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
