Job Title:         HR Generalist

Duration         06 Months   

Pay rate: $22.9/hr     

Location:        Lake Zurich, IL

         

Job Description:          

• Work set up: Hybrid, needs to be able to get to Lake Zurich office 3 days a week.
• Reason for opening: Going live with a new Global Instance of Workday
• Potential for assignment extension, or conversion to FTE: Not likely
• Work Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30. Need flexibility due to the need to work with different time zones. May be 5 am meetings some days, etc.
• What would be the primary duties for this position: The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for reviewing data in the new Workday Global tenant. The analyst will work with the Americas to understand their data requirements and then test in the system to ensure accuracy prior to go live.
• Technical and and soft skills required for this position: Must have at least 5 years Workday experience.
• Top 3 skills you would like to see in a candidate’s resume: Strong Excel, Pivot tables for data verification, strong communication skills as they will be working with HR teams in other countries.
• Preference on previous work experience’s industry: No. Just must have HR admin/analyst experience in Workday recently.
