Independent Medicare Broker

Job Overview:
As a Licensed & Independent Medicare Sales Agent, you will be working with Advocate Financial as your FMO. You will make full commission levels for T65s and Renewals, which are $611 and $306 per policy. There are NO production requirements. There is no hourly or salary base as you own your book of business and make full commission levels
Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to assess their healthcare needs and determine eligibility for Medicare plans.
Explain the features, benefits, and coverage options of various Medicare plans to help clients make informed decisions.
Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver effective sales presentations that highlight the advantages of specific Medicare plans.
Address client questions and concerns, providing clear and concise information.
Compliance: Stay updated on changes in Medicare regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
Adhere to ethical standards and company policies in all sales activities.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including referrals, community outreach, and networking.
Utilize marketing materials and strategies to attract potential clients.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Follow up with clients to address any post-sales inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Licensing: Active health insurance license.
Medicare certification (AHIP) is highly desirable.
Experience: Proven experience in Medicare sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
