We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as a Production Worker at our manufacturing facility. As a Production Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of production, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Assemble and package products efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards and adjust processes as needed.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Assist in inventory management by accurately counting completed products and inventory.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety, quality control, and sanitation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment. 
  • Able to work with yeast and flour products.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
  • Good physical condition, able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Working Conditions:

  • This position operates in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures that include refrigerated and dry areas.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
