We are currently seeking a full-time person to handle the front desk/customer service, schedule service calls and dispatch our service technicians. Full benefits with compensation corresponding to experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules for 4-6 HVAC service technicians
  • Organize follow-up calls
  • Provide customer service for walk-in’s and phone calls·
  • Organizing the on-call schedule / communication with afterhours answering service
  • Other office duties as needed
  • Additional responsibilities to follow over time, including ordering parts/filing warranty claims
