Join Our Team at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sioux Falls SD

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk team member. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay at our hotel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all details are accurate
  • Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries and reservations
  • Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
