Eat The Frog Fitness, a growing fitness franchise, is looking for a fun, charismatic and highly motivated fitness coach for our Brentwood TN Studio Eat The Frog Fitness offers the most personalized group training experience in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Offer the most personalized group fitness training experience available

  • Lead pre-designed group training sessions and Eat The Frog Fitness Assessments of groups up to 24 members

  • Ability to modify exercises to accommodate various fitness levels and injuries

  • Educate members on the Eat The Frog Fitness® VIP Training System

  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations

  • Help build Eat The Frog Fitness attendance

  • Assist with Eat The Frog Fitness studio tours and sales

  • Complete the studio cleaning checklist during shift

Qualifications

  • CPR/AED certified

  • Bachelor’s degree in fitness related field - OR -

National training certification from an Eat The Frog Fitness approved program (ACE, NSCA, NASM, ACSM, AFAA, AFPA, NFPT, NESTA, NETA, NCCPT, NCSF, ISSA, & NFPT) .

  • At least 3 years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry

  • Experience with TRX Suspension Training, Spin, and Indoor Rowing

  • Must be able to safely lift and move up to 55lbs
