Your main priorities are:

• Caring for residents by promptly answering resident calls.
• Providing top-notch customer service by following up with residents after repairs
• Keeping an eye on the details of the property from the grounds to routine upkeep
• Staying proactive about maintenance repairs Preparing apartments for move-in and turn-over
• Participating in rotating on-call and snow removal, which includes occasional weekends and evening

• Full Time Position: Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30 pm
• Experience working on all aspects of building maintenance.
• Dependable transportation to get to work and a valid driver license.
• Able to be on call 24-7 in our on-call rotation one week per month.
• On standby 24-7 to respond to mandatory overtime for floods, snow removal etc.
• Primary residency within 30 minutes of our property-
• Ability to meet physical demands moving appliances, water heaters, snow removal etc..
