Job DescriptionJob Description

The Building Automation Technician is responsible for the installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building automation systems (BAS) that control HVAC systems, lighting, and other facility operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls, HVAC systems, and building automation, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and meet industry standards.

Reports To: Building Automation Systems Manager 

Installation & Programming: Install, configure, and program building automation systems (BAS) and controls, including sensors, controllers, and network communication devices. 

Education: Associate's degree in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in BAS and HVAC are preferred.
