We are looking for a dedicated individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and pleasant living space for our residents. Your ability to troubleshoot and perform under pressure will be key to your success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by following up on completed repairs.
- Monitoring the property’s condition, ensuring routine maintenance is performed.
- Proactively addressing maintenance issues and preparing units for new residents.
- Participating in an on-call rotation and assisting with snow removal, including occasional weekends and evenings.
Qualifications:
- Full-Time Position: Monday through Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.
- Experience in various aspects of property maintenance.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Availability for on-call duties one week per month.
- Willingness to respond to emergencies, including floods and snow removal.
- Reside within a reasonable distance from the property.
- Physical capability to handle tasks such as moving appliances and snow removal.
