Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Nurture leads through various channels to move them through the sales funnel.
- Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information.
- Develop and maintain targeted lead lists for effective outreach.
- Provide strategic guidance on sales and marketing strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Assist in the creation of sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, emails, and other materials.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or related roles.
- Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing techniques.
- Continuous learning mindset with a willingness to adapt to changing market dynamics.
Compensation Plan:
- Base Salary: Base Salary plus Competitive Commission and Bonus Structures

- Training and Development: In an effort to support the key responsibilities of a ‘Continuous learning mindset with a willingness to adapt to changing market dynamics, ’ this role be allotted time and budget for continuing education, which is pertinent to the shared success of the inside sales rep and the company.
