Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Duties:

Responsible for Debt Service, O&M, and Admin Exp billing to member cities/organizations

Post receivables to subsidiary ledgers

Point of contact for customer questions related to billing

Position is responsible for collection calls for past due receivables

Assist with other accounting functions including accounts payable, banking, investments, and other duties as assigned

Skills Required: Microsoft Excel and Word, and experience with accounting software, preferably quickbooks

Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.  Post-graduate studies in accounting, finance, or related field will be given preference.

Work Experience:  3 years experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, bookkeeping or similar occupation

Applicant must pass Background Test and Drug Screening.
