Caring Hearts Home Care has a part-time employment opportunity available as an Administrative Assistant via remote and some field work. Office hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm, on-call outside of those days and hours.

This position is a Part-Time position with the possibility of becoming Full-Time. It will require the performance of a variety of office activities. The successful candidate is comfortable working independently and can take the initiative to interpret and use guidelines with ability to handle multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy. This position will require you to work remote with a company laptop. This position reports to the Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with hiring and client intake
  • Assisting with scheduling and monitoring shifts
  • Answering phones and address employee and patient inquiries
  • Manages incoming office email boxes
  • Perform general office duties to include managing employees’ timesheets and daily filing
  • Update, organize and manage patient and employee files
  • Perform monthly case scheduling and daily scheduling changes
  • Update and maintain all data for invoicing
  • Assist Administrator with Patient Services with other projects as needed

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 1 years of Administrative experience is required.
  • 1 year of Home Health Care preferred
  • Clean criminal background history
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and QuickBooks or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of a computer, printer, and fax machine
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Strong organizational and time management with ability to multi-task
  • Must exercise flexibility as our processes are subject to change to meet our business needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Working knowledge of a computer, printer, and fax machine
  • Attention to detail
