In this dynamic role, you will immerse yourself in the vibrant culinary scenes of NYC and New Jersey, fostering strong relationships with our valued clients. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining client satisfaction, providing exceptional service, and serving as a bridge between our innovative solution and the unique needs of each restaurant.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their specific requirements and ensuring optimal use of our eMenu solution.

  • On-site Visits: Frequent travel within NYC and New Jersey for on-site client visits to address concerns, provide training, and reinforce the value of our solution.

  • Communication: Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of clients.

  • Problem Solving: Act as a troubleshooter, addressing client issues promptly and proactively to ensure a seamless dining experience.

  • Training: Provide training sessions to restaurant staff on the effective use of our digital menu solution.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to continually improve our product and services.

Requirements:

  • Mobility: Must have a car and be willing to travel within NYC and New Jersey.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the restaurant industry is required.

Schedule:

  • Initial work in the office 2-3 days a week in Queens.
