1st and 2nd shift positions available
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SMT Operator to join our client on the 2nd shift for a temp to hire position.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating SMT equipment, with a preference for experience on Siemens machines. 

Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain SMT machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of assembled products, adhering to company standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SMT equipment, including Siemens machines.
- Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an SMT Operator, specifically with Siemens machines, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of SMT processes, equipment setup, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and work instructions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
