Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Solar Installation Foreman, with experience on residential solar sites. As a leader of our installation teams, our Install Foreman will set the tone on the job and is expected to foster a positive work experience for all who work on the team. As a member of the management team, the Solar Foreman will oversee the day-to-day workflow operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • On-site Safety Operator
  • Quality Control Supervisor
  • Manage solar crew leads and laborers
  • Workflow Management
  • Material Ordering
  • Inventory Manager
  • Project Scheduling
  • Paperwork Processing
  • Site-Plan Reviewer
  • On-site Customer Liaison
  • Problem Solver

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of solar install experience required, electrical knowledge a plus

  • Deep understanding of solar energy systems
