Social Workers/ Mental Health Counselor/ Psychotherapist (Fee for Service) Per Diem /Part-Time
Qualifications:
- Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) Required
- LCSW licensure (preferred)
- Mental Health Counselors LMFT, LMHC (limited permit also acceptable)
- *Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred *
Responsibilities:
- Carry a minimum caseload of 25-27 clients weekly
- Documentation (VERY LIGHT and EASY to COMPLETE)
Maintain clinical records- progress notes, psycho-social evaluations and treatment plans.
Hours: Flexible schedules (mornings, evenings or weekends)
Salary: Fee for Service, Competitive Salary (Including weekly Clinical Supervision)

Licensed Psychologist (Fee for Service) Per Diem /Part-Time
Qualifications:
- The successful candidates must have experience with evaluation and testing, report writing
- Candidates must also possess a valid license as a Psychologist issued by the New York State Department of Education.
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities for Licensed Psychologist:
- Provides psychological evaluation and testing for determination of psychiatric disorder, formulation of treatment plan, and preparing report of psychological findings.
- Provides individual, family and group treatment to children and adults.
- Adheres to appropriate clinical documentation to ensure compliance with current standards of clinical practice (progress notes, treatment plans, testing, reports, evaluations)
