Talento Search Group has an opening for an experience Fabrication Quality Inspector in the Salisbury, North Carolina area. This is a direct hire, 1st shift position with a starting pay range of $17 - $22 per hour depending upon experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all products conform to company and customer standards
  • Use precision measurement tooling for tight tolerance verifications
  • Verify product against final drawings/blueprints
  • Report quality findings (in-process, finished goods, scrap, failures, etc)


Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years current experience in quality inspections for machined/fabricated parts
  • Knowledge of precision measurement tooling to include CMM
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Ability to read blueprints/drawings
  • HS-Diploma or Equivalent
