We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Develop and manage construction budgets and all cost tracking involved
  • Review all administrative construction functions to include invoices, payment applications, submittals, request for information, change orders, etc.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Convey service-minded heart to provide the highest level of customer experience for our clients andsubcontractors

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields. We are looking with someone that has a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the commercial construction industry
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Excellent technical skills and understanding of construction methods, contracts, specifications and drawings.
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
