Primary Purpose:
Achieve sales objectives by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plans in assigned territories, while providing current, accurate and meaningful product information to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information and sales programs to existing and new customers in an effective manner.
- Meet all quarterly sales objectives for products.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies as directed.
- Participate in off-site sales meetings and training programs as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date call records.
- Assist newly acquired partners and support their growth.
- Stay up to date with the competition.
- Actively participate in associated trade shows.
- Maintain and track progress of projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of selling experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate sales proposals.
- Excellent working knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ideal candidates will have proven performance in developing and coordinating sales efforts in an industrial products organization.
- Previous experience with tool and equipment categories is extremely helpful.
- Passion for your profession.
